An exciting opportunity to join expanding Freight Forwarder based in Colnbrook, working with clients in the Media and Film Sectors

They are looking to recruit an Air Freight Export operator dealing with shipments from start to finish including custom entries (with some sea freight) on behalf of several key clients.
Must have a minimum of 5 years + experience in Air Freight Export operations and Freight Forwarding, ideally looking after specialised accounts.

• Organizing/Handling Client shipments for global movements, start to finish.
• Liaising with suppliers and clients. Preparing paperwork and handling pre-alerts/post-flights.
• Handling Quotes for clients and negotiating best prices with suppliers.
• Completing Customs Entries and processes, start to finish, using Sequoia.
• Answering and coordinating replies to Overseas agents / Clients

Salary 35K - 40K dependent on experience
