We are searching for an import operator to join our clients growing team, based in Colnbrook. The successful candidate will have experience in the following-

Role and Responsibilities:

· To action import air shipments via customer’s requests i.e., Telephone or e-mail Road freight & Sea freight imports also would be an advantage
· Collation of all import documentation from start to finish.
· AOG Experience – shipping time sensitive shipments would be an advantage
· Customs Clearance would be an advantage
· Transport/ Delivery to customers
· Experience of Notice of Arrivals

Experience:

· Minimum 1- 2 years import experience working in a Freight Forwarding Company – covering the above duties.
· Aerospace Experience would be an advantage
· AOG / Time sensitive shipments would be an advantage but not essential
· Ideally be a car driver
· Must be able to provide 5 years full employment history and have a clean DBS (criminal record)

Hours: Mon-Fri 0900 - 1730
Salary 32K-37K subject to experience
